Buffalo, here we come

We spent last weekend in Buffalo looking at houses. It was a whirlwind trip, and we appreciate the Burton mom and dad for taking Sam off our hands for the trip! One of the houses stood out from the rest, and thankfully our offer was accepted and our financing is in place. So, we have a home for after our move in July! Woohoo!

In case anyone is interested, here's a little video of our walkthrough of the house.

Wow, that place looks really nice. There are so many nice decorative details. What neighborhood is it in?

Very cool D. Yeah, what part of town is that? When will you be moving in? We'll be in Buffalo for two weeks starting July 12th.

Hey that's awesome! We have some friends moving out that way next week, but I think they are actually moving to your old stomping grounds of W-ville. Congrats on the new home!

By the way, I love that baby snugli! What brand is it? Where did you buy it? I like how it wraps around your back like that. The one we had I did NOT like, so I'm in the market for a new one for when the next member of our family comes along sometime.

Well, you'll be in the downtown Buffalo ward. My nephew Kirk and his wife and their two kids are in that ward. If you remember Brother Kay, he's the Bishop. (He plays the violin for Buffalo Philharmonic)
You need to E' me sometime, I trust your blog as safe. I'll give my junk E' address just in case any spammers are lurking around. Teaparties@iwon.com
Make sure Ree gets it too.

The house is in South Buffalo. We'll be moving in at the end of June, so we'll have to get together when you're in town, Barb! Great timing planning your trip! ;)

And Tari, I can't wait for you to come visit, but I should warn you not to get your heart set on the couch, as we may not have one. We're actually talking about getting rid of the threadbare eyesore before we move, if you can believe it. We're hoping it doesn't take too long to find a suitable replacement, however, because we're hoping for lots of visitors now that we'll finally have some extra space to entertain.
