Actually, Daisy, you are so right. I admit it: in church today I was totally fantasizing about fresh coconut. It was fast Sunday, after all, and my mind tends to wander to the best available food fantasy.
Plus, your comment reminded me of the time I was at Boss et al's condo in Provo and there was a fresh coconut and I decided to try to press my own coconut milk after grating a bunch. Without a press, we did the best we could: We smashed it between the hinge of a door. Mmmm... delicious hing coconut milk.
