I'm not naming pseudonyms, but one of the first five commenters on the previous post does not officially win a First Five Handmade Item, seeing as how he lives with me and gets handmade dinner practically every night, and handmade cookies more often than is good for either of us. Now, if only I could convince him to wear that handmade sparkly bow tie . . .

so, i'm sort of a stalker, but if you're giving out free stuff (homemade free stuff, no less), then sign me up! :) by the way, this is shane's cousin, megan, who lives far, far away in idaho. :) your mama-in-law (dear aunt mollyanne) directed me to this site many moons ago, and i keep checking it because you guys are pretty darned funny... so, what do i win??
Oh, Megan. I'm torn. As much as I like the idea of a blog stalker checking back frequently to see if we're still funny, I don't think I can really count you as one. We've totally met before (Haven't we? My wedding, right?), and even though we don't see each you much, we get frequent updates from "Dear Aunt Mollyanne." So it seems like we do. Face it, we go way back. You're not a stalker. I know how you feel. I'm bummed about it too.
But cheer up! Stalker or not, you'll get something fun in the mail. Watch for it by 2010. 2013 at the latest.

yippee! you made my day! i do think that i have met you, but i can only remember once (i think??)and it was at grandma martineau's funeral. i'm sure our thoughts were elsewhere that day anyway...
did you have a reception-party thing in utah? i know that you guys were married in timbuktu (or nauvoo) so we weren't there for that, but i'm sure that i felt like i was a part because good 'ole mollyanne has a way of making people feel that way. all the more reason for me to have something homemade from you. i am sure to think of you often.
and don't worry, i will continue to blog stalk you because you are incredibly funny and also a talented writer, which makes your blog a keeper. thanks again!
